Evan answered all of our questions and explained things in detail. He allowed us to follow him all around the house and ask whatever questions we needed. He also explained some maintenance things that will be helpful to us as first time home owners. It was, overall, a great experience.

Evan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough for our pre inspection. He spent almost 4 hours looking through all the spaces and took pictures and notes of every small issue. He provided a 40+ page report within 18 hours of the inspection. I would highly recommend.
